SWK 307 Human Behavior in Adulthood (3 credits)Hours: 5 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): Declared social work major, SWK 204 with C- or better, SWK 205 with C- or better, SWK 206 with C- or better, STA 113 OR STA 205 OR STA 205R with C- or better; GPA 2.75 or higher Taught: Spring only This course examines the relationship between human behavior and the social environment in young, middle, and later adulthood. It provides a theoretical foundation for social work practice by examining the biological, psychological and sociological factors that influence human development.
