MGT 670 Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Taught: Fall only The primary purpose of this course is to provide the student with a conceptual and practical understanding of the concepts, legal framework, theory and practices, of negotiation and conflict resolution. Core subjects in the course include the research and framing of issues, bargaining strategies, successful tactics, and methods of reaching a settlement.
