LDR 300 Foundations of Leadership (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): Sophomore Standing. Taught: Fall, spring, and summer This course introduces the fundamental concepts and foundational theories of leadership to facilitate the development of a personal understanding of the nature of leadership. The evolution of leadership theory and research is explored and its implications for understanding leadership as a phenomenon and the practice of leadership.
