Exploration of environmental law concepts within ethical, scientific, historical, economic, political, and social contexts. It covers how the US legal system works in relation to federal statutes like the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water and Air Acts, Endangered Species Act, Superfund, as well as state and international issues.
