In this final clinical course, students conduct comprehensive care across the lifespan through patient assessments, diagnoses, care plans, and evaluations of the psychiatric patient, including psychopharmacological treatments. Emphasis is on evidence-based approaches for optimal patient care, allowing students to demonstrate proficiency with minimal preceptor supervision by course completion.
