MGT 607 Strategies for High Performing Orgs (2 credits)

Looks at the issues of analysis, implementation and evaluation of an organizational strategy. Students are exposed to issues involved in creating and managing the sustainable, high performance enterprise including operational activities such as financing, human resources, R&D, marketing, distribution and customer service.
