ENTP 376 New Venture Financing (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): ACC 150 or ACC 200 and ACC 201 , ENTP 201 Taught: Fall only Many new ventures and innovation fail due to inadequate funding. Major sources of funding for new ventures are reviewed and evaluated in this course, including: venture capital, informal investors, banks, investment banks, suppliers, buyers and the government.
