Patents, trademarks, and copyrights are discussed in relation to intellectual property creators and consumers; Fair Use and the First Amendment are tied to Information Access. Copyright matters in Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery, Electronic Reserves, and Classroom Instruction are examined.
