WGS 317 Gender and Communication (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing. Taught: Variable, check with department Principles, concepts, and characteristics defining gendered communication. To enhance knowledge and understanding of the elements key to successful communication across genders, whether they are business, personal, social, familial, or intimate. Also, the role of socialization in gendered development will be explored. Same as CMST 317 . Students may not receive credit for both. Repeatable: No ♦
