MGT 610 Operations Management (2 credits)

Prerequisite(s): Admission to a graduate program or consent of program director.
Taught: Variable, check w/ department
Introduces concepts and techniques of modern operations and supply chain management.  Topics include design and structuring of operating systems, production planning, inventory control, materials requirements planning, project management, facilities layout, quality control, process and job design.
