Methods and skills to design, conduct, interpret, apply action research to address issues in classrooms/schools through data-driven decision-making; develop research proposal related to specific P-12 educational issues; secure permission from local educational agency to conduct research, comply with human subjects research regulations, develop implementation plan for proposed research project.
