MGT 675 Mediation and Conflict Resolution (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Taught: Spring only Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential for to-day’s managers and administrators. In line with the trend toward cooperative problem solving, students study the use of interest based problem-solving to facilitate business disputes and to their preparation and participation as a party in a mediation and/or arbitration process. Classes will include lectures, active discussion and application of reading assignments, and role-plays.
