Taught: Fall only Overview of the various areas comprising cardiopulmonary diagnostics to include normal and abnormal pulmonary function and related technology; emphasis will be on performance, interpretation, and evaluation of pulmonary function studies; operation and maintenance of pulmonary function and gas analysis equipment; other topics include sleep laboratory, stress and exercise testing, metabolic testing, ventilation/perfusion scanning, cardiac catheterization laboratory, and non-invasive cardiology.
