LAW 932 Insurance Law (3 credits) This course addresses the types of insurance contracts; definitions; governmental supervision; insurable interests; measures of indemnity and rights of subrogation; rights and obligations of parties; use of particular clauses to control risks; adjustment of claims; no-fault automobile plans; and new areas of insurance.
