ATP 466 Athletic Training Clinical Practicum IIIA (9 credits)Hours: 0 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): ATP 333 , ATP 333L , ATP 334 , ATP 334L , ATP 335 , ATP 367 , ATP 425 , ATP 425L , ATP 440 , ATP 440L and permission from instructor. Taught: Variable, check with department The purpose of this course is to provide students a guided application, knowledge, skills, clinical decision making, and professional behaviors in a real world patient care setting. The course reflects content including but not limited to the treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning of injuries/conditions associated with the physical active patient. This is a culminating clinical education experience in which students are required to 40 hours per/week with a clinical education preceptor. As a result of the clinical demands students are not allowed to enroll in more than 3 additional credit hours. Repeatable: No ♦
